Due to capacity issues and in preparation for further Government announcements as from tomorrow morning Friday 14 August 2020, Nga Kakano Foundation Family Health (NKFFH) Practice will not be accepting new enrolments. The Practice Register will remain closed until further notice.

    cervical smears, diabetes checks and

    disease screening and treatment
•   6 week newborn pepī check
•   Immunisations
•   Feelings of depression and/or anxiety
•   Smoking cessation support
•   Insurance medical assessments
•   Driver’s license medical.

APPOINTMENTS

Standard appointments are set for 15 minutes and are the basis for our fees. If you require an extended appointment that exceeds the standard time please lets us know, at time of booking.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

•   Please allow 24-48 hours for repeat prescription requests.
•   Repeat Prescriptions fee $5
•   You will be required to see your doctor every 3-6 months
    if requiring repeat medications.

AFTER HOURS

After hours, please call our number 07 573 0600 and you will be diverted to the after-hours service
where a registered nurse will answer your call and give you free professional health advice, or:

•   visit Life Pharmacy -61 Jellicoe Street open Saturdays 9am-1pm
•   call Healthline free on 0800 611 116 for advice and information from a trusted registered nurse,
    anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or
•   go to Accident & Healthcare, 19 Second Ave, Tauranga ph 07 577 0010.
