Ngā Kākano has whānau exercise classes online every Wed @ 5.30pm and low intensity sessions on Thursdays at 10am via the Ngā Kākano Facebook page. While we can't sweat together - we can meet on Facebook and tautoko each other.
Les Mills also has whānau exercise classes every morning 9am on TVNZ1 and workouts for tamariki and rangatahi at 3pm on TVNZ 2.
